The method
AI doesn't fix a messy operation. It amplifies it.
That's why we don't start with the tool — we build the minimum base that makes AI useful, first.
Book a callThe seven components
The minimum reliable base
We work on seven concrete pieces, in this order:
01
Minimum systems
The least that is reliable, not a stack of tools.
02
Current knowledge
Knowledge that doesn't quietly go stale.
03
Clear processes
That a person can follow and audit.
04
Human judgment
At the points that actually matter.
05
Evidence
Claims you can prove. Zero hype.
06
Maintenance
A continuous discipline, not an event.
07
Governed agents
They amplify last, inside clear rules.
Part of that base is your own website. To AI search engines, your website isn't a brochure: it's the source AI reads to understand what you do, for whom, and why it should trust you. A knowledge base for people, for Google, and for AI systems.
It's the work behind our AI search visibility (GEO) · brand entity consistency.
Step by step
How we work
Four steps, always in the same order. AI doesn't come in until step three.
- 1
Diagnosis
We look at your real operation: what you do, what you promise, where work gets stuck, and what your team already knows. No endless audits — just enough to decide where to start.
- 2
Put the base in order
We make the basics unambiguous: what you do, for whom, what you promise, and what evidence supports it. On your website, in your processes, in your internal knowledge.
- 3
AI with clear rules
Only then do we introduce AI, with explicit limits on what the machine decides and what a person decides. AI prepares; a person approves.
- 4
Maintenance and handover
A system nobody maintains degrades. We leave a review rhythm and named owners, and hand it to your team to run — an ongoing discipline, not a course to take or a dashboard to watch.
Clear limits
What we don't do
Part of the method is being clear about what's out of scope. Not to cover ourselves — because promising what nobody controls is the fastest way to lose your trust.
- We don't promise rankings or mentions in ChatGPT or other AI search engines. Nobody controls those models.
- We don't promise traffic, leads or ROI.
- We don't manipulate systems or buy mentions.
- We don't sell courses. We build systems and hand them to your team.
- We don't sell dashboards as a substitute for the work: a dashboard tells you what's broken, it doesn't fix it.
- We don't mass-produce content.
- We don't give guaranteed result timelines. We give a mechanism and clear criteria for done.
In our own house
We run it on ourselves
We don't say this because we have a lot of internal documents. We say it because we are building and running our own site with this same method: we publish with evidence (no invented metrics), we set explicit limits on what AI decides, we document decisions, we review every change by hand, and we improve continuously.
It isn't finished or perfect — it's the method in use, not a brochure. If it didn't hold up in our own house, we wouldn't recommend it to you.
The judgment
The judgment behind the method
The most common mistake I see with AI is treating it as a magic tool you drop on top of a messy operation. I start by putting the basics in order: what you do, for whom, what you promise, what evidence supports it, and how it stays current.
If that base isn't clear, AI only amplifies the confusion.
