Global AI Consulting started as a practical AI lab. Now it helps B2B teams use AI to build clearer ways of working.
Real workflows, real problems, and a simple rule: AI should make daily work clearer, not heavier.

Why this exists
I started Global AI Consulting by testing AI on my own work.
It didn't begin as a consultancy or a brand. It began as my own space to try things, learn, and separate what actually helped from what was just noise.
I tested workflows, content systems, search-visibility ideas, small automations, and clear rules a team could actually follow.
What worked wasn't the showy part: helping a team find what it already knows, checking a campaign before it goes live, or making a process less dependent on the one person who remembers how it works.
That way of working became the foundation for Global AI Consulting: using AI practically to make work clearer, more repeatable, and easier to manage.
About Beatriz
Beatriz Tomé Ayala is the founder of Global AI Consulting. She's based in Madrid, works in English and Spanish, and brings 15+ years in digital, growth and AI strategy to helping B2B teams use AI in their daily work.
Her focus areas span Digital & AI Strategy, Growth & Performance, Global Digital Programs, Data & Analytics, SEO & Content Ecosystems, and AI in Marketing and Operations. The experience runs from local product teams to large international B2B organisations, and the work has always been operational — getting things to actually function across many tools, channels, and people, not just look good on a slide.
The approach comes from years inside digital, marketing and growth teams, where the hard part was rarely the tool itself. It was making the work repeatable across people and channels.
Background
Before founding Global AI Consulting, Beatriz held senior digital and growth roles at three B2B organisations:
- Concentrix — Head of Digital Platforms, leading the strategy and execution of digital presence and demand generation.
- 3M — first as Iberia Digital Marketing Manager for the Industrial Business Group, then as EMEA Digital & Demand Generation Leader across European markets.
- CogniFit — Global Head of Growth & Demand Generation, leading digital growth across multiple regions.
Across those roles, the work covers digital strategy, growth, paid media, performance marketing, SEO, GEO, analytics, conversion tracking, website optimization, campaign measurement, marketing automation and digital platforms.
Academic background: Advertising and Public Relations at Universidad de Valladolid, and a Master's in Online Marketing, Search Positioning, Community Management and Content Curation at Universitat Pompeu Fabra.
What we believe
A few things shape every project:
- AI is not magic. It's useful for some work and useless for other work. We tell you which is which.
- More tools is rarely the answer. Most teams already have too many. We start with what you already have.
- If something needs a special person to keep it running, it's broken. What we build has to keep working after we leave.
- If AI isn't the answer, we say so. Sometimes the right call is no AI at all.
Areas we work in
These are the areas where the lab turned into repeatable work. Each one started as a real problem in a real team, then became something other teams could use.
- AI search visibility (GEO — generative engine optimization) — getting your team cited by AI search engines like ChatGPT, Perplexity and Google AI Mode for the questions your buyers actually ask.
- AI workflow automation — practical automation across operations your team already runs, handed over so your team owns it.
- Practical AI governance — clear rules, a tool inventory and an approval flow a 10–500 person team can actually follow, without a legal department.
- Internal knowledge operations — structure, named owners and a review rhythm so your team finds what it already knows.
What we are not
Some things are better said clearly.
Global AI Consulting is not a media buying agency, a martech implementation partner, or a legal advisory firm.
We do not take over your campaigns, resell platforms, or build dashboards nobody uses.
We also do not run generic AI workshops that leave your team with more ideas than decisions.
If something is outside our scope, we will say it early. The goal is not to make AI sound impressive. The goal is to make the work easier to understand, run, and improve.
Why this matters for B2B teams
Large organisations can often absorb messy processes with more people, more tools, or more meetings. Most B2B teams cannot. They need clear ways of working that people can actually follow.
What we bring is the part in between — clear rules, named owners, a review rhythm, and AI where it genuinely helps — without adding enterprise-level complexity.
