Founder content system

Your sharpest thinking lives in calls, DMs, and your head — not in your feed. We build the system that turns it into posts in your own voice, with a cadence you can hold. AI drafts from your raw material; you edit and approve.

Who this is for

B2B

Founders who know founder-led content outperforms brand content but can't keep up the rhythm on their own.

Founders whose best thinking lives in calls, DMs, and voice notes — and never makes it into a post.

Founders who tried a ghostwriter and ended up sounding like a generic LinkedIn influencer, not themselves.

Founders who start strong on LinkedIn, then go quiet for two months when work gets busy.

Founders building authority for their B2B company who want a system they own, not a retainer they renew.

Common pain points

Why founder content stalls — even when the thinking is there

Your sharpest takes happen in sales calls, DMs, and team conversations — and stay there.

You publish three weeks in a row, then a busy stretch hits and you go quiet for two months.

A ghostwriter writes "like you," but it isn't really you — and you can tell, and so can the few readers who matter.

You sit down to post and the blank page wins; you close the tab and tell yourself you'll do it tomorrow.

Your voice on LinkedIn drifts toward the generic founder-influencer template, because that's what the model defaults to.

There is no system: each post is a one-off act of will, not a rhythm anything keeps going on the busy weeks.

Publish your real point of view, consistently

We build the system that captures your real thinking and turns it into posts in your own voice, on a cadence you can hold. AI drafts from your own raw material — voice notes, call transcripts, replies, your strongest past content — against a voice guide; you edit, decide, and approve every post.

How we work

  1. 1

We capture your real point of view from where it already lives — voice notes, sales-call recordings, your DMs and replies, your strongest past posts — and write the voice guide that AI will draft against, in your own words.

  2. 2

We connect AI to draft posts from that raw material against the voice guide, propose the weekly cadence, and flag drafts that drift toward the generic founder-influencer voice; you edit and approve every post.

  3. 3

We hand over a runbook the founder operates — capture, draft, edit, publish — so the cadence survives a busy week, and AI never posts as you, and never invents an idea you didn't have.

What we build

What this work includes

Area 1

A founder voice and point-of-view guide — from your own material

We pull your real voice from what already exists — voice notes, call recordings, the way you write in DMs and replies, your strongest past posts — instead of inventing one in a workshop. The guide is what AI drafts against, so a draft sounds like you on a good day, not a generic founder-influencer.

Deliverable

A voice and point-of-view guide: your phrasing patterns, the positions you take consistently, and the off-voice traps to avoid — drawn from your own words.

Area 2

A capture flow for your sharpest thinking

We set up the lightweight capture flow that turns your sales calls, voice notes, and DM replies into raw material the system can use — without adding a daily writing task. Capture is the part that fails first; the system is designed so it does not depend on you sitting down to write.

Deliverable

A capture flow: where your thinking already happens, how it gets pulled in, and the lightest possible founder workload to keep it going.

Area 3

AI that drafts in your voice from your own material — within written limits

We connect AI to draft posts from your captured material against the voice guide, propose the weekly cadence, and flag drafts that drift toward the generic founder-influencer template. What AI may never do — post as you, invent an idea you didn't have, or borrow a position from someone else — is written down.

Deliverable

An AI drafting flow with the limits written: AI drafts in your voice from your own raw material; you decide what publishes; AI never posts as you.

Area 4

A founder edit-and-approve step

You edit and approve every post. The draft is a starting point in your voice, not a queue waiting for a click — because a post that goes out in your name is your call, not the model's, and the few readers who matter can tell the difference. The voice stays with you.

Deliverable

An edit-and-approve step: the founder who reads, edits, and approves every post before it publishes.

Area 5

A boundary to ghostwriting, agencies, and personal-brand consultants — what this is and is not

This builds the system; you operate it. It is not a ghostwriter writing in a guessed version of your voice, not an agency running your LinkedIn on a retainer, and not a personal-brand consultant selling a template. We write the boundary explicitly: AI prepares from your real material; you edit and decide; we hand it over and your team runs it. If a retainer is what you want, that is a different partner.

Deliverable

A written boundary: where founder content (this) ends, and ghostwriting / agency retainers / personal-brand templates begin — and why those are different jobs.

Area 6

A founder-content runbook with a sustainable cadence

We hand the system over as a runbook the founder runs: capture, draft, edit, approve, publish — with a weekly cadence the founder can hold through a busy stretch, not a heroic publishing month followed by silence. The goal is consistency that survives the founder's actual schedule.

Deliverable

A founder-content runbook + cadence: the weekly rhythm, the capture-draft-edit-approve loop, and the founder workload the system is designed around.

Your real point of view ends up on LinkedIn instead of staying in calls, DMs, and your head.

Posts sound like you on a good day — not like a generic founder-influencer template a model defaulted to.

The cadence survives a busy week, because the system does not depend on you having time to write from scratch.

You own the voice and the system; you are not on a retainer that ends the day you stop paying.

AI drafts from your raw material; you edit and approve, with the limit that AI never posts as you and never invents an idea you didn't have.

Your founder authority builds on what you actually think, not on a template — so the readers who matter recognise it as you.

How we approach this

Why founder content needs your real material before a model

I built and operate Global AI Consulting end-to-end — the site, the catalogue, the content systems, the search/answer visibility work — and I am building the founder-content system that runs underneath it, using the project itself as the lab. The criterion that runs through this page comes from designing systems where AI prepares and a person decides: a founder-content system has to start from your real material (calls, voice notes, replies, past posts), not a model guessing your voice, and the founder has to stay the editor of every post. AI prepares the draft; you decide what is yours. That is what makes the cadence survive a busy week, and what keeps the voice from drifting toward the generic founder-influencer template.

Answers before we start

Is this a ghostwriter writing 'like me'?

No, and that is the point. A ghostwriter writes a guessed version of your voice. This pulls your real voice from what already exists — voice notes, calls, DMs, past posts — and AI drafts from that material against a guide we write together. You edit and approve every post, so what publishes is yours, not a model's idea of how a founder should sound.

Is this an agency running my LinkedIn on a retainer?

No. We don't operate your LinkedIn. We build the system — the voice guide, the capture flow, the AI drafting against your material, the edit-and-approve step, the cadence — and hand it over, so you run it next week without us. If you want someone to post for you indefinitely, that is a different partner, and we will say so honestly.

Does AI post as me?

No. AI drafts from your raw material against the voice guide; you edit and approve every post. The rule that AI never posts as you, and never invents an idea you didn't have, is written into the system — because what goes out in your name has to be your call, not the model's. Readers who matter can tell the difference.

How does this relate to your content differentiation system and the channel cadence system?

Those are about your company's content: differentiation defines the company's angle, and channel cadence orchestrates the release across the company's channels. This is the founder's own voice and publishing system — your point of view, on your account, on your cadence. They sit alongside each other; the company has its angle and rhythm, and you have yours.

How does this fit with finding the right questions (buyer-question research) and winning the AI answer (content for GEO)?

Those are upstream and downstream of the company's content, not of this. Buyer-question research finds which questions to answer; content for GEO produces citable answers from the company. This is the founder's voice publishing your real point of view — different account, different intent. They can inform what you write about, but they are not the same job.

Can you guarantee followers, inbound, or authority?

No, and that promise should be a red flag. Audience growth depends on the thinking being genuinely sharp and the cadence being held — neither of which we can guarantee for you. What we can do is build the system that captures your real thinking and keeps the cadence going on a busy week. The authority is yours to earn; we make showing up sustainable.

What does this work NOT include?

It does not include ghostwriting, an agency running your LinkedIn on a retainer, a personal-brand template, paid-ads management, growth-hacking schemes, or an AI that posts as you. If your real need is someone to operate your channels for you, we point you to a different partner; if you want a template, we are not selling one.

Ready to publish your real point of view, on a cadence you can hold?

Book a 30-minute call to look at where your sharpest thinking already lives — the calls, the DMs, the voice notes — and how little of it has made it into a post. We'll talk through what a founder-content system you own would look like, and the cadence your actual schedule can hold. If a ghostwriter or an agency retainer is what you want, we'll point you there honestly.
