A website your team can actually maintain

Every change to your site means a ticket to a developer or agency — slow, costly, and you're stuck for a copy tweak. We move your site into a structure the team can edit and hand over the runbook. AI maps the content and drafts the migration; a person owns the build call.

Who this is for

B2B

Founders and marketing leads who wait on a developer or agency for every website change.

Teams whose site is slow and fragile, and nobody internal dares to touch it.

Ops and marketing leads paying agency retainers for copy tweaks that should take minutes.

Companies on a heavy CMS or a hand-coded site they have outgrown but feel locked into.

Leaders who want to own their website outright — portable, editable, not hostage to one vendor.

Common pain points

Why a website becomes something you can't change

Every change — a price, a headline, a new page — needs a developer or an agency, so small edits wait days and cost money.

The site is slow and fragile, and nobody internal knows how it is put together, so the team is afraid to touch it.

The content and the code are tangled together, so a copy change risks breaking the layout.

You are locked into one vendor or one platform, and moving off it feels like starting over.

Nobody wrote down how the site works, so the knowledge to change it lives outside the company.

New pages are inconsistent because there is no structure — every page is built from scratch by whoever is free.

A site the team edits in minutes — and a runbook you own

A team-maintainable website system maps what your site actually holds, moves it into a structure your team can edit without a developer, and hands over the runbook to run it. AI maps the current content model, drafts the new editable structure, assists the migration of your existing pages, and flags broken, duplicate, or orphan content. A person owns the real calls — the target setup, what migrates, the information architecture. We do not run your website forever; we build the maintainable system and hand it over. It is your site, portable and editable, not a platform you rent from us.

How we work

  1. 1

We map what your site really holds — the pages, the content model, what is live, what is dead — and where it breaks.

  2. 2

We connect AI to draft the new editable structure and assist the migration, flagging broken, duplicate, and orphan content; a person owns the target setup and what migrates.

  3. 3

We hand over an editing runbook so a non-technical team member changes the site in minutes — and the knowledge to run it lives inside the company.

What we build

What this work includes

Area 1

A content-model and site map: what the site holds and where it breaks

We map the site the way a system is mapped — every page, the content model behind it, what is live versus dead, and where it breaks. The map is what makes a migration safe instead of a leap, and it is the first thing the team can actually read about its own site.

Deliverable

A content-model and site map: every page, the content structure behind it, and the broken / duplicate / orphan content flagged.

Area 2

A team-manageable setup recommendation — ownership-first

We recommend the setup the team can run — editable by non-developers, portable, and not locked to us or to one vendor. Where a real tool boundary exists we say so honestly. The test is simple: can a marketer change a page next week without a ticket?

Deliverable

A setup recommendation: the team-manageable, portable target for the site, with the ownership and lock-in trade-offs written.

Area 3

A migration plan: what moves, in what order, with a rollback

We agree what moves to the new structure, in what order, and what stays — with a rollback at each step. The plan is incremental, so the live site keeps working while it happens, not a single big switch with a rollback nobody trusts.

Deliverable

A migration plan: the order of moves, what stays, and the rollback for each step.

Area 4

AI that maps, drafts, and flags — within written limits

We connect AI to map the content model, draft the new structure, assist the migration, and flag broken, duplicate, and orphan content. What AI may never do — make the build call or migrate on its own — is written down. AI prepares; a person owns the site.

Deliverable

An AI capability map with the limits written: what AI maps/drafts/flags, and what only a person decides and migrates.

Area 5

An editing runbook a non-technical team can use

We hand over the runbook the team actually edits from: how to change a page, add a new one, and keep the structure consistent — in plain language, so a marketer or an ops lead changes the site without a developer and without breaking the layout.

Deliverable

An editing runbook: how a non-technical team member changes pages, adds pages, and keeps the structure consistent.

Area 6

An ownership hand-over: the knowledge lives inside the company

We hand the system over so the knowledge to run the site lives inside the company, not with us or an agency. The goal is that the next change is the team's, and the one after that — without a retainer and without us in the loop.

Deliverable

An ownership hand-over: the site, the runbook, and the knowledge to run it, owned by the team.

A copy or page change takes minutes by someone on the team, not a developer ticket that waits days.

The site is no longer fragile or mysterious — the team can read its own structure and change it safely.

You own the site outright: portable, editable, not hostage to one vendor or one agency.

Content and layout are separated, so changing words never risks breaking the page.

AI maps and drafts the heavy lifting; a person owns the build call, with the limit that AI never migrates on its own written down.

The knowledge to run the site lives inside the company, in a runbook the team owns.

Answers before we start

Is this a web design agency that builds us a site and disappears?

No. We don't run your website or sell you a design retainer. We build the maintainable structure and the editing runbook, and hand it over — your team runs it next week without us. If you want a pure visual redesign, that is a different job and a different partner.

Are you reselling a no-code tool like Wix or Squarespace?

No. We are not reselling a platform. We recommend the setup your team can own and edit — portable, not locked to us or one vendor — and where a specific tool genuinely fits, we say so without a referral fee. The goal is ownership, not a subscription you can't leave.

Is "headless" the point — are we re-platforming for the sake of it?

No. The point is a site your team can maintain; headless is just one way to separate content from code so a copy change can't break the layout. We don't re-platform for love of a stack. If your current site can be made team-editable as it is, we say so.

Is this an SEO or AI-search project?

No. This is the website your team can own and edit. Making that site findable and cited in AI answers is separate work — content built to win the AI answer, and the GEO audit that diagnoses visibility. We build the site so it is GEO-ready, and point you to that work; we don't fold it in here.

Will AI rebuild our website on its own?

No. AI maps the content model, drafts the new structure, assists the migration, and flags broken or duplicate content — but a person owns the build call, the information architecture, and what migrates. The rule that AI never migrates the site on its own is written into the system.

What does this work NOT include?

It does not include a visual brand redesign, a no-code tool resale, a custom web app, an SEO or AI-search engagement, or ongoing website management on a retainer. If your real need is one of those, we say so on the call and point you to the work that fits.
